Today I made a hinged card , thought I would add lace instead of a bow. I also decided just to add leaves that I had inked

These are small gift boxes that I have made, they hold a Yankee candle and are ideal to give as gifts

You use 3 8 x 8 cards you fold one card in half one way and fold the other card the opposite way that gives you your two sides. The third card I cut one side down to about 3 ins attach it to the back of the card that your going to glue on top of the other, that gives you the front flap, then you make a small easel card for the front flap and you decorate

Angel Crib

This is the project i made yesterday, its the angel rocking crib. The headboard and baseboard are embossed and I have added pearls. The papers on the quilt are from LOTV. I added a sentiment to the box and butterflies cut with the same paper as the quilt.

Bookatrix

My second make for today is a bookatrix card. Normally I put peel offs around the edges but this time I decided to distress the edges I must say I like the effect. The flowers and pins and pearl stems are all from Wild Orchid crafts
